A two-day in-person wotagei seminar with Makaron, winner of the Wotagei World Cup Japan tournament, who joins us in the Bay Area this September. Across two afternoons, Makaron will give talks he has prepared and share what he has learned as one of Japan’s top performers, with time to practice together and trade ideas with players looking to improve.

The seminar is open to wotagei players from every team and community, at any level.

We’re joining BART’s Let’s Glow! Anime Festival alongside SanFlare, a Bay Area wotagei team. SanFlare will perform throughout the evening and teach attendees how to wotagei.

The festival is free and all ages, with an artist alley of 100+ artists, a VTuber concert, food trucks, itasha on display, and a cosplay contest. Last year drew more than 4,000 people.
